Return& Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of pet products, returns are subject to strict conditions.
Right of the Withdrawal (only for EU customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned under the conditions described below.
Conditions of Returned Items
Returned Items must be:
-unused and only handled to the extent necessary to inspect the product.
-clean, free of pet hair, dirt, stains, odors or saliva etc...
-returned in their original condition and packaging.
Any product that has been used by an animal, tried outdoors, or shows signs of wear, dirt , hair , odor etc. will be considered depreciated.
Depreciation & Refund Reduction
In accordance with article L221-23 of the French Costumer code, the customer maybe held liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
If a returned item is :
-dirty
-covered with pet hair
-smells
-damaged
-or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons,
a partial or no refund at all may be applied, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligble for return oneopened or used:
-items in direct contact with the animal's mouth or body
-consumable products
-personalized or custom-made items
This information is provided prior to purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
International users(outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the Europen Union, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons related to pet products, items shipped with a delivery adress outside the EU cannot be returned, even if unused or unopened.
By placing an order with a delivery adress outside the European Union, the customer expressly agrees to these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refundin accordance with the law.
Important Notice
We strongly recommend inspecting and trying products on a clean animal, indoors only, and avoiding full use before deciding to keep the item.
