We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and information as accurately as possible. Howerver, colors, sizes, and appearances may vary depending on screen settings or manufacturing batches.

Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listend in € and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to : 

-modify or discounte any product,

-limit quantities sold,

-refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed.

Shipping

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external factors.

We are not responsible for :

-delays caused by carriers or customs,

-incorrect addresses provided by the customer,

-import duties, taxes, or custom fees( when applicable).

Return & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

-Customers located in the European Union benefit from a 14 day right of withdrawal, subject to conditions and depreciation rules. 

-Orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in refusal of replacement or refund.

All content on this website ( text, images,logos,designs) is the exclusive property of Joyful Animalsand may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyful Animals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
