Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Some products are sourced by diferent suppliers. If your order contains multiple products from diferent suppliers, you may receive your items in separate packages, on diferent days.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries worldwide. 

Delivery avaibility, shipping methods, and transit times my vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times ( often around 12-20 business days) are provided for reference only and may vary due to:

-carrier delays

-customs inspections

-local delivery conditions

-force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or custom authorities.

Shipping rates

Besides free-shipping products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and size, and the selected shipping method. 

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Customs , Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders,custom duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on the destintion country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by unpaid custom charges.

Incorrect Address

Customers are respnsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not liable for:

-lost or delayed orders due to incorrect  or incomplete addresses

-additional shipping fees resulting from ddress errors.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for :

  • lost or stolen packages
  • delivery issues caused by carriers

Customers are necouraged to contact the carrier direclty in such cases.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed or returned due to customs issues or customer inaction are:

-not eligible to refund

-not eligible for reshipment at our expense.
