These Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website Joyful Animals by customers worldwide.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read , understood and acceped these Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Products

The products sold on this website are intended exclusively for animals.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes only. Minor variatios in olor, size, or appearance may occur and donot constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected products are suitable for their pet.

Prices

All prices are displayed in € and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Some prices do not include:

-shipping costs

-custom duties

-import taxes or fees ( for international orders)

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders

An order is considered confirmedo once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

-refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud

-limit quantities per customer

-cancel orders in case of stock unavaibility or pricing errors

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase usint the payment methods available on the website. Orders will not be processed until payment is fully received.

Shipping & Delivery

Sgipping terms, delivery times, nd costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Conditions of Sale.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Right of withdrawal ( European Union)

Customers located in the European Union benefit from a 14 day right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU law.

Returned items must comply with the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy, particularly regarding hygiene and depreciation of pet products.

Non-EU Customers

For orders shipped outside the european union , all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in refusal of replacement refund.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable or failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.

These Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
